Preconstruction

Your project manager will begin working up the estimate for your project.
Upon your approval, we sign a contract and start permitting process.

Once permits are issued, construction process kicks off.

Technical Documentation
This is a step-by-step instructions for foremen on how to perform a particular type of work. Absolutely each type of work has its own set of documents.

Technical Control & Supervision
Technical control & supervision act as a guarantor of the competent phased implementation of construction project. Each construction project is divided into 4-15 stages (depending on complexity), and our technical supervisor controls and ensures correctness of their implementation.

The work of the technical supervisor can be divided into the following stages:
1. Superviser visits a job site after the forman checked its rediness;
2. Supervisor assesses the level of completion and compliance with the requirements of local and state building codes as well as technical documentation.
3. Supervisor prepares a list of violations and recommendations (if any) for their elimination. A certain amount of time is allocated for the correction taking into consideration the magnitude of the error and the features of the project itself.
4. Re-inspection.
